RETURNS
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, for the international order you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it to us.
IN SIDE TAIWAN We offer Free Returns and refund to the original payment method.

REST OF THE WORLD If for any reason your purchase did not work out, we’ll gladly accept a return for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please use your preferred carrier to return the item(s) to us.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to try another style, color or size, simply return it and purchase the items you wish to receive separately.

REFUNDS
As soon as we have received your return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times usually vary between 3-5 business days, may however occasionally take longer, depending on your card issuer.
If your order has been sent to a destination outside Taiwan, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


QUALITY GUARANTEE
All Planedo items go through quality testing process, however, in the rare case you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us immediately at twine2006@gmail.com. Please make sure to provide us with your order number, the name of the product, a short description and some images of the fault. We will get in touch with you to arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
